Innex is supporting the Institut pel Futur in developing a strategic plan for the future Health Campus of Girona. The process has actively involved over 400 professionals from various levels and areas, ensuring diverse perspectives are included throughout all phases of the project.
The methodology combines in-person workshops, surveys, and advanced Generative AI tools, enabling the creation of forward-looking scenarios.
The outcome is a strategic plan that not only outlines the key directions for the region’s healthcare future but also establishes a collaborative and innovative working model with the potential to transform how healthcare organizations plan and implement their strategies.
