The Institut pel Futur is helping Oxfam in a pioneering foresight project to shape the organization’s 2025-2030 strategy. This initiative, involving over 100 internal and external stakeholders, employs advanced methodologies and Generative AI to explore inequalities in Spain, Europe, and the world through 2030.

The project unfolds across multiple participatory phases, from initial workshops to identify concerns to full-scale future scenario events. It also features the Sentinel Network, a tool engaging external experts to validate trends. Technologies like SmartDelphi and the Time Machine are utilized to generate data-driven scenarios, enabling informed strategic decision-making.
